3.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and maintain an account with 1egame. 3.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and operate only one account with 1egame. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether using the same or different identity information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 1egame employs technical and manual detection methods to identify multi-account activity. All accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be permanently closed and any associated balances, including real-money deposits, may be forfeited at 1egame's discretion.
3.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping this information current. 1egame will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.4 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 1egame is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. 1egame makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law access 1egame at their own risk and 1egame will not be liable for any resulting legal consequences.
3.5 Account Transfer Prohibited. Your 1egame account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate suspension.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1egame login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. 1egame staff will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 1egame immediately via live chat support and take all steps to secure your account including password change and enabling two-step verification.
4.3 1egame will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate password security or your disclosure of credentials to a third party.
4.4 You agree not to use any automated software, bots, scripts, or technical tools to access or operate your 1egame account. Automated activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
5.1 1egame accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform, which include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, 1LINK, OTC Cash, and debit card. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at 1egame's discretion and may be updated without prior notice.
5.2 Own Funds Only. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 1egame strictly prohibits deposits made on behalf of another person or from payment accounts belonging to a third party. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the relevant account will be reviewed for potential suspension.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 1egame is Rs 100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
5.4 No Deposit Fees. 1egame does not charge fees on deposits made through any supported payment method. Any charges applied by your payment provider are the sole responsibility of the depositing player.
5.5 Deposit Limits. 1egame reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming, security, or operational reasons. Players may also voluntarily set deposit limits through account settings, consistent with 1egame's responsible gaming framework.
5.6 Deposit credits are applied to your 1egame wallet balance once confirmed by the relevant payment network. 1egame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6.1 KYC Requirement. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 1egame requires all players to complete KYC verification. This process requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (Pakistani CNIC or equivalent) and a selfie photograph for identity confirmation. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players and is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.
6.2 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the identity information on your verified 1egame account. 7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. 7.5 Players may be excluded from specific promotions or from the general promotional programme at 1egame's discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
8.1 All games available on the 1egame platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for statistical randomness and fairness. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is displayed within the game's information panel.
8.2 In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during any game session, 1egame reserves the right to void the affected round and refund any stake placed during that round to your balance. 1egame's decision regarding disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the complaints procedure in Section 17.
8.3 Published game odds, paytables, and rules are those applicable at the time the game round is initiated. Any changes to game parameters take effect only for new game rounds initiated after the change is implemented.

10.1 1egame reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
10.2 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your 1egame account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.
10.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms involving fraudulent or prohibited conduct, 1egame reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance.
11.1 All content on the 1egame platform, including but not limited to the 1egame brand, logo, trade name, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of 1egame or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 1egame platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 12.1 1egame shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
12.2 In no event shall 1egame's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your 1egame account at the time the relevant event giving rise to liability occurred.
12.3 1egame does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect platform availability.
12.4 Gambling inherently involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money through use of the 1egame platform and that 1egame has no liability for gambling losses incurred through your use of the platform in accordance with these Terms.

13.2 Players may activate any responsible gaming tool directly through their account settings at any time, without requiring a support request.
